Community Day Nursery now collaborates with the Bayonne Board of Education (BBOED) and we part take in their Preschool 3 Program. A child has to be 3 years old by October 1 (of the school year) and you would have to register at the BBOED website, www.bboed.org . Please check often for when registration takes place. All required documents are request by the BBOED and need to be upload online. The following items you will need for registering under the Bayonne Board of Education (BBOED) are
- Birth Certificate for the child
- Photo ID from the parent
- Immunization records for the child
- Child Health Record for the child
- Three (3) current proofs of Bayonne residency in parent/guardian’s name.
Example: PSE&G bill, Cable TV/Internet/Phone bill
BBOED the registration office will then transfer all information needed to CDN. CDN will require all students to have an updated Universal Child Health Record (physical form) for the year completed by your child’s physician along with an updated immunization. This is mandatory in the State of New Jersey
CDN will then provide a parent handbook and information sheet to fill out by the parents.
